Digital Reading Vs. Print Reading

Writer: RyeTAGA -RyeTAGA -

Digital Reading is the process of getting information by using an electronic device, such as phones, tablets or laptops, while print reading is the process of reading something on paper. There are several benefits to both of these processes to capture information. Each one of them is suitable for a different person's needs and final goals.

Digital reading is suitable for those types of readers that like to multitask. It is better for browsing, for short articles or novels. When reading digital, people don’t absorb the information as much; it is used more to get the main ideas rather than understanding the whole reading. Print reading is usually better for those people who need to focus on the material to be able to absorb the information. Either digital or print reading is good for readers, it just depends on what they are looking to do and what’s more suitable for them.
